Rooted Reckonings (virtual & in person exhibit)

This solo exhibit at the Kaddatz features 2 of my most recent sculptures.  These were made outside in my yard, with my shoes off, feet in the soil.  There is research to show that having our barefeet in the soil helps reduce inflammation in the body and calms the nervous system.
