Spring Fever by Surelle Strike

This exhibition encourages artists and viewers to consider the emotions, stigma, struggles and healing that surround mental health and how individuals impacted personally or tangentially find solace and strength.

With a total of 65 artists exhibiting their work, I am so pleased to have 3 of my willow sculptures on display in this show. One of my favorite places to exhibit is in shows surrounding a theme of mental health. This show is a part of the city's Big Read book everyone is encouraged to read Nothing to See Here by Kevin Wilson, a middle grade book that includes a character with Tourette Syndrome.
