The annual fine arts exhibition at the Minnesota State Fair presents incredible artistic creations that were selected for display as the result of a juried competition.  Only those works selected by the jurors are displayed at the Minnesota State Fair.

With artists submitting 2649 works from all over the state of Minnesota, Bird was one of 332 exhibiting artists in 2023. Bird was also selected during the pandemic in 2020. The state fair was closed but the Fine Arts Exhibition was open as a ticketed event.
